Spaghetti Sauce

  1. Brown ground beef on medium heat in large pan.
  2. Add salt and pepper.
  3. Remove beef from pan and drain grease.
  4. Brown onion and pepper in pan then add ground beef, tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste.
  5. Season with garlic powder and oregano.
  6. Add water if necessary to achieve liquid consistency.
  7. Add a liberal amount of brown sugar.
  8. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and allow to simmer 20-30 minutes or longer.
  9. Boil spaghetti in kettle.
  10. Add a bit of vegetable oil to keep noodles from sticking together.
  11. Boil 12-15 minutes.
  12. Drain water.
  13. Serve noodles covered with sauce.
