White Chili

  1. Cook onion and garlic in oil; add turkey and cook until done. Add rice, beans, corn, chilies, broth and cumin; cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until turkey is tender.
  2. Stir in hot pepper sauce to taste.
  3. Serve with shredded cheese; garnish with parsley. Average serving 274 calories, 69 mg. chol., 6 g. fat.
