Spinach Lasagne

  1. Put 12 strips of lasagne into a pot of boiling water and cook until tender.
  2. Clean spinach and cook in boiling water; drain spinach and chop into small pieces.
  3. Add Mozzarella cheese to the Ricotta cheese.
  4. Mix in the egg.
  5. Add chopped spinach.
  6. Blend mixture.
  7. Cover the bottom of a large, rectangular baking pan with a little of the spaghetti sauce.
  8. Add four strips of the cooked lasagne lengthways.
  9. Add a layer of spinach/cheese, using half the mixture.
  10. Cover with a layer of spaghetti sauce.
  11. Add another four strips of lasagne widthways.
  12. Use the second half of the spinach/cheese mixture and cover with spaghetti sauce.
  13. Add the remaining lasagne strips; cover these with spaghetti sauce and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top.
  14. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 1/2 hour.
