Pineapple Chicken Chow Mein

  1. Heat oil in large saucepan.
  2. Add onions, celery, bean sprouts, drained pineapple, bouillon cubes dissolved in water, salt, pepper and brown sugar.
  3. Cover and bring to a boil.
  4. Mix cornstarch with soy sauce.
  5. Stir in vegetable mixture.
  6. Add cooked, cubed chicken and cook, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  7. Serve over chow mein noodles or rice.
