Oriental Chicken

  1. Combine chicken broth, soy sauce, pineapple juice, sherry and ginger.
  2. Coat wok or large skillet with nonstick vegetable cooking spray. Heat over high heat. Brown chicken and garlic. Remove. Stir-fry peppers, celery, mushrooms and snow peas for 2 minutes. Add soy mixture and chicken.
  3. Cook 2 minutes. Add sprouts and heat through.
