Sweet And Sour Pork

  1. Dip pieces of pork in beaten egg and roll over cornstarch.
  2. Fry in oil over medium heat until light brown.
  3. Drain.
  4. Quickly saute garlic in 3 tablespoons oil, then add red peppers, green peppers, green onions, pineapple and pork.
  5. Stir well.
  6. Sprinkle with wine; stir in Sweet and Sour Sauce and bring to a boil.
  7. While boiling, add dissolved cornstarch and stir well until mixture is thick and clear.
