Oyster Dressing

  1. In large pot, mix together all ingredients.
  2. Wet bread with oyster water and water.
  3. Squeeze off excess water.
  4. Mix with everything else.
  5. In large frying pan, put 1 cup cooking oil. Heat well, then turn down heat to halfway.
  6. Put stuffing in pan and fry for 1/2 hour until light brown, stirring constantly. Stuff bird.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Put it in oven at 350u0b0 for 5 to 6 hours.
