Sour Cream Beef And Noodle Casserole
- 1 pkg. wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/4 c. butter
- 2 c. sliced onion
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1/4 c. green or red pepper, chopped fine
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. oregano
- Melt butter in frypan.
- Add beef.
- Cook, then drain.
- Add onion, pepper and mushrooms with liquid.
- Cook until done.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, celery salt and flour.
- Stir in sour cream last.
- Arrange and alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Cover.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes or until heated.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
