Sour Cream Beef And Noodle Casserole

  1. Melt butter in frypan.
  2. Add beef.
  3. Cook, then drain.
  4. Add onion, pepper and mushrooms with liquid.
  5. Cook until done.
  6. Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano, celery salt and flour.
  7. Stir in sour cream last.
  8. Arrange and alternate layers of noodles and meat mixture in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  9. Cover.
  10. Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for 20 minutes or until heated.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
