Cream Of Wheat

  1. Take a nonstick pan with lid.
  2. Keep container on stove; pour oil.
  3. Leave for a few seconds on medium heat.
  4. Put the mustard seed in; let one or two seeds start to pop.
  5. Then put in the onion, chili powder, curry leaves and coriander.
  6. Fry until it turns light brown; put in the tomato, add salt in it and stir.
  7. Leave it for 1 to 2 minutes, then pour in the water.
  8. Add turmeric powder and salt and cover with lid.
  9. Let the water come to boiling for a few seconds; take the lid off and lower the heat.
  10. Start putting the cream of wheat in the water, stirring constantly (and using whole cup).
  11. Then cover with lid; turn off heat.
  12. Let set on stove for a few minutes, then serve with coffee or tea.
