Get Your Greens Lemon Parmesan Salad

  1. Mix assorted greens, chopped herbs, radishes, croutons & any other vegetables you'd like to add in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Lightly toss with desired amount of dressing.
  3. Transfer to serving bowl and top with grated eggs, Parmesan and cracked pepper.
  4. Whisk all ingredients together and adjust seasoning to taste. May also want to thin with whipping cream.
  5. Leftover dressing is great on sandwiches or used as dipping sauce!
