Desi Aloo Chaat
- 1 cup Green chutney
- 1 cup Tamarind chutney
- 4 pieces medium sized boiled, peeled andcubed potatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped coriander leaves
- 1 cup finely chopped green chili
- 2 tablespoons cumin powder
- 2 tablespoons coarsely crushed coriander seeds
- 100gms cups chole
- 1 cup Red chili powder
- 2 tablespoons Chaat masala
- 4 tablespoons Lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Freedom Healthy Oil
- 3 tablespoons salt to taste
- Heat oil in a pan, add the cubed potatoes and shallow fry until golden brown.
- In a bowl, add fried potatoes. Toss with cumin powder, red chilli powder, black salt, coriander powder, green chilies.
- tomatoes,chole, and lemon juice.
- Dish out the mix, top with tamarind and green chutney, and onions.
- Sprinkle chaat masala,sev, and coriander leaves
