Boston Cream Cake

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. In large bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar.
  3. Set aside.
  4. In medium bowl, mix honey, orange juice concentrate, water, vanilla, orange extract, orange peel, 1 unbeaten egg white and apricot puree.
  5. Stir into flour mixture until just blended.
  6. Gently stir in 1 lightly beaten egg white.
  7. Do not overmix.
