Mushroom And Onion Quiche

  1. Preheat oven to 325u0b0.
  2. Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine. Add lemon juice and wine.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine cheese, flour, dry milk, salt and pepper.
  4. Cool milk; add to cheese mixture and add eggs.
  5. Stir in onion mixture.
  6. Pour into pie shell.
  7. Bake 40 minutes.
