Easy Vegetable Soup(Makes 6 Servings)

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil.
  2. Add onion and garlic and saute for 3 to 5 minutes, until onion is tender.
  3. Add water, tomatoes, cabbage, celery, carrots, instant bouillon, sugar, thyme, pepper and bay leaf.
  4. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are crisp, but tender.
  5. Add macaroni and simmer 10 minutes or until macaroni is tender.
  6. Remove bay leaf.
