Cheese-Sauced Tuna Salad

  1. Place bacon on a rack in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
  2. Cover with paper towels.
  3. Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
  4. Drain bacon; crumble and set aside.
  5. Combine tuna, coleslaw and pepper; stir well.
  6. Core tomatoes; cut to, but not through, the base of each tomato.
  7. Place on individual salad plates.
  8. Spread wedges slightly apart; fill each tomato with tuna mixture.
