Breakfast On A Bagel

  1. In broiler or toaster oven, lightly toast bagels cut side up. In medium bowl, beat together eggs, water, green onions, basil, salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. In large nonstick skillet, melt 1 teaspoon butter over medium heat.
  3. Add ham and cook, turning often until lightly browned, about 1 minute.
  4. Lay on 4 bagel halves. Melt remaining 2 teaspoons butter in skillet over medium heat. Stir eggs and add to skillet.
  5. Cook 2 to 3 minutes.
  6. Stir occasionally until fully cooked.
  7. Divide up to put on bagel.
  8. Add cheese and cover with remaining bagel halves.
