Palatschinken (Viennese Pancakes)

  1. Beat butter and peanut butter together until creamy.
  2. Add graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar a little at a time until well blended.

  4. This mixture is very thick and heavy. I use a food processor to blend the ingredients.
  5. If you use a mixer, dough hooks are helpful.)
  6. Press the mixture into a 9 x 13-inch edged cookie sheet.
