Chicken With Tarragon Sauce

  1. Saut onions, garlic and 1 Tbsp. tarragon in butter till onions are lightly browned.
  2. Add chicken breasts and brown on both sides.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place browned chicken in covered baking dish and set aside.
  5. In the same pan add wine and 1 Tbsp. chopped tarragon and bring to a high simmer.
  6. Pour wine mixture over chicken breasts and bake in 300 degree oven in covered dish for 1 hour.
  7. After chicken has baked, drain off the wine and chicken broth into skillet.
  8. Add whipping cream and bring to a high simmer.
  9. Add flour to desired thickness. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
  10. Serve chicken breasts on pasta covered with plenty of sauce. Serves 6.
