Healthy Breakfast Bread

  1. Set aside 1 cup white flour.
  2. Mix remaining flours, nuts, yeast, peel and salt.
  3. Heat milk, honey and oil to 125u0b0 to 130u0b0; do not boil.
  4. Stir into dry ingredients.
  5. Add enough dry flour reserved to make dough workable. Knead about 8 minutes.
  6. Cover and let rise 10 minutes.
  7. Divide and form into 6 balls and place 3 into each pan that is greased.
  8. Cover and let rise, 30 to 45 minutes.
  9. Bake at 375u0b0
  10. for 45 minutes.
  11. Cover loaves with foil last 15 minutes.
  12. Makes 2 loaves.
