Chicken And Vegetable Turnovers
- 1 lb. boiled chicken
- 1 c. fresh or frozen green peas
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt or powder
- 2 cans biscuits
- 1 bag shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Boil chicken (without the bones) and cut into small pieces. Put into big pot and cook over medium heat with mushroom soup, peas, mushrooms, onion, tomatoes, garlic powder, seasoned salt, salt and pepper.
- Roll biscuits out flat.
- Place 1 spoonful of mixture in center of biscuit.
- Crimp edges all around.
- Place on greased baking sheet.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake in a 350u0b0 oven for about 1 hour or until browned.
- Serve hot.
- Really good!
