24 Hour Salad

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in jar.
  2. Cover; shake vigorously. Add mushrooms; chill to blend flavors.
  3. Shake again before tossing with salad greens, shrimp, tomatoes and onion.
  4. Makes 8 servings (about 8 cups).
