Granola

  1. Preheat your oven to 160u0b0C and line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  2. Mix oats, chopped walnuts and almonds, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes in a large bowl. Add the brown sugar and spices. Pour over the honey and oil and mix well. Spread the granola on the baking sheet. Bake until golden, approximately 30 to 40 minutes and stir occasionally. Once the granola has cooled down, stir and break up pieces and mix in cranberries. Enjoy with some yoghurt and fresh fruit!
