Breakfast Creek Meat Loaf

  1. Chop up your onion, pepper and bread together in a food processor.
  2. Add to meat and egg.
  3. Mix lightly and add remaining ingredients (get both hands in there).
  4. Shape into a loaf or a round baking pan rubbed lightly with Crisco.
  5. Brush top of loaf with additional catsup and add strips of bacon for a nice country flavor.
  6. Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 55 to 60 minutes.
