Adam'S Different Vegetable Soup
- 1/2 to 1 lb. ground beef/stew beef
- 1 1/2 c. macaroni
- 3 to 5 potatoes or 2 cans whole potatoes
- 1 can corn
- 1 can green beans
- 1 can carrots
- 1 can peas
- 2 qt. water plus juice from veggie cans
- 1 to 3 beef cubes
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. onion flakes or dried onion
- 1 Tbsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. ground cloves
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch to thicken
- Brown the meat; drain. Pour into a large pot with rest of ingredients. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour. It is very aromatic while cooking and tastes as good as it smells.
