Sausage Bread

  1. Mix egg, garlic salt and pepper.
  2. Thaw bread dough at a time you can begin work on the dough as soon as thawed.
  3. Fry sausage (two loaves of sausage bread are made from 1 1/2 pounds sausage). Drain off all grease and finely crumble.
  4. Butter hands and spread bread dough out into a uniform (as possible) large rectangular shape.
  5. Spread with mix with brush or hands on inside of bread dough.
  6. Place crumbled sausage evenly down middle of rectangle. Sprinkle cheese down middle of rectangle on top of sausage (use 4 ounce minimum of cheese per loaf).
  7. Carefully roll dough, using long side of rectangle into a loaf.
  8. Pinch ends together.
  9. It will be very big.
