Sausage Bread
- frozen loaves bread dough
- hot sausage
- extra sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- egg
- garlic salt
- pepper
- Mix egg, garlic salt and pepper.
- Thaw bread dough at a time you can begin work on the dough as soon as thawed.
- Fry sausage (two loaves of sausage bread are made from 1 1/2 pounds sausage). Drain off all grease and finely crumble.
- Butter hands and spread bread dough out into a uniform (as possible) large rectangular shape.
- Spread with mix with brush or hands on inside of bread dough.
- Place crumbled sausage evenly down middle of rectangle. Sprinkle cheese down middle of rectangle on top of sausage (use 4 ounce minimum of cheese per loaf).
- Carefully roll dough, using long side of rectangle into a loaf.
- Pinch ends together.
- It will be very big.
