Mexican Casserole
- 2 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can chopped green chilies
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can green chile enchilada sauce
- 1 large can milk
- corn tortillas
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Brown meat and add green chilies and onion; season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
- In microwave, stir together soups, enchilada sauce and evaporated milk.
- Dip corn tortillas in grease for a second to warm.
- Spray dish with Pam and tear corn tortillas up and cover bottom of dish.
- Then add a layer of meat, a layer of soup and a layer of cheese.
- Start over with tortillas and add all the layers again.
- Top off with cheese.
- Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
