Mexican Casserole

  1. Brown meat and add green chilies and onion; season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste.
  2. In microwave, stir together soups, enchilada sauce and evaporated milk.
  3. Dip corn tortillas in grease for a second to warm.
  4. Spray dish with Pam and tear corn tortillas up and cover bottom of dish.
  5. Then add a layer of meat, a layer of soup and a layer of cheese.
  6. Start over with tortillas and add all the layers again.
  7. Top off with cheese.
  8. Bake, covered, at 350u0b0 until bubbly.
