Ziti And Shrimp

  1. Cook ziti according to package directions.
  2. Drain well, place in a large serving dish, cover with foil and keep warm.
  3. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add broccoli, pepper, onions and oregano.
  5. Cover and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in the shrimp, mandarin peel, garlic, salt and ginger.
  6. Cook uncovered for 4 to 6 minutes or until shrimp is bright pink.
  7. Stir in the half and half, bring to a boil, reduce heat, cook covered for 2 minutes.
  8. Pour sauce over ziti, toss well.
  9. Place well drained mandarins over top, serve.
  10. Serves 4 to 6.
