Jalapeño Beef Big Plate Nachos
- 1 cup smooth spicy roasted tomato salsa
- 1 cup guacamole
- 200 grams ground beef
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1 bowl of tortilla chips
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
- 1/2 bell pepper finely chopped
- 1/2 cups tomato puree
- 1 finely sliced Jalapeno pepper
- 1 cup water
- Heat a pan
- Brown the beef
- Add onion, garlic and bell peppers. Stir through constantly until onion and bell peppers are soft
- Add the tomato puree and keep stirring
- Now add the sliced Jalapeno peppers and stir before adding water
- Let it simmer for 15 minutes
- Put tortilla chips on a plate
- Take beef mixture from the heat and spread on top of the nacho chips
- Cover with salsa, guacamole and (vegan) cheese
- Ready to serve
