Apple Salad

  1. Wash, dry, core, apples.rnDice into one in pieces (skin on).rnToss with lemon juice.
  2. Wash and slice celery, including leaves, into 1/2 inch pieces.
  3. Toast pecans 350 degrees about 5 minutes. Cool and roughly chop.
  4. Wash and cut grapes in half lengthwise.
  5. Toss apples, celery, pecans, grapes, celery seed, salt and pepper.
  6. Add mayonnaise and gently fold into apple salad mixture.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
