Peach Roll-Ups

  1. Simmer 1/4 cup butter, sugar, orange juice and orange rind 5 minutes.
  2. Pour half in a 9-inch square pan.
  3. Stir milk into biscuit mix.
  4. Roll out in a 9 x 14-inch rectangle.
  5. Brush with the melted butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Arrange drained, sliced peaches over rolled out dough. Roll dough from short side. Cut into 1-inch slices.
  7. Place in hot syrup.
  8. Bake in hot oven at 425u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  9. Pour remaining syrup over rolls. Continue baking 10 minutes longer.
  10. Serve warm with cream.
  11. Makes 9 servings.
