Salmon Sandwiches & Homemade Tartar Sauce
- Salmon
- 3-4 wild caught salmon filets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons cooking sherry
- 1-2 tablespoons minced ginger (organic in the jar is good)
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash garlic & herb
- 1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash onion & herb
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1/2-1 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Tartar Sauce
- 2 tablespoons onions
- 2 tablespoons pickles
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Place fish in a greased baking pan and pour olive oil, soy sauce, and sherry over the top.
- Spread ginger over the top, then sprinkle with the seasonings.
- Cover with foil, and bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes until fish is cooked through.
- Place onions and pickles in a food processor, and finely chop.
- Transfer to a small bowl and add mayo, salt, and pepper.
- Spread sauce on both sides of a ciabatta roll (or bread of your choice).
- Top with the fish, lettuce, and sliced tomato.
