Buffalo Chili

  1. In large heavy saucepan over medium heat, fry together bacon and onion, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes. Add buffalo meat and brown over medium heat.
  2. Stir in all remaining ingredients.
  3. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until buffalo is tender and flavors are blended, about 45 minutes.
