Oat-Pecan Burgers

  1. Place all ingredients except rolled oats in a large saucepan. Stir well and bring to a slow boil over medium-low heat.
  2. Stir in rolled oats and immediately remove from heat.
  3. Cover and set aside to cool.
  4. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  5. Form oat mixture into 2-inch patties and place in baking sheets (spray with Pam).
  6. Bake for 15 minutes on each side.
  7. Makes approximately 20 burgers.
  8. Can serve with gravy.
  9. Can freeze.
