Tater Tot Casserole
- 1 large bag Tater Tots
- 1 1/2 c. frozen broccoli spears
- 1 stick margarine
- 6 small green onions and tops
- 10 oz. cream of mushroom soup*
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 10 oz. pkg. cheese, shredded
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese (optional)
- 3/4 c. milk (optional)
- Spray 13 x 9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Spread Tater Tots and then broccoli in dish.
- Melt margarine in frying pan.
- Saute sliced onions, including tops in butter.
- Mix soup, 2/3 of cheese and sour cream with onions.
- Pour over potatoes and broccoli.
- If too thick, I add about 3/4 cup milk and a little more sour cream to make it soupy; it cooks down thick.
- Add remaining cheese to top.
- (Add more cheese if you like.)
- I add Mozzarella cheese to top.
- It's great!!
