Mini Marble Pound Cake
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. milk, divided
- 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. butter, softened
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Place chocolate chips and 1/4 cup milk in microwave bowl. Melt and set aside to cool.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt.
- Cream butter and sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla.
- Mix well; add flour mixture.
- Mix until well blended.
- Transfer 3 1/3 cups batter to medium bowl.
- Stir in rest of milk and set aside.
- Pour reserved chocolate mixture into remaining batter.
- Fill four small loaf pans alternately with white and chocolate batter; swirl batter with table knife.
- Place on cookie sheet to bake for 1 hour at 325u0b0.
- Cool in pan.
