Auntie'S Bbq Ribs

- 2 slabs baby back ribs
- Homemade BBQ Sauce
- Homemade BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar or honey
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/3 cup pickle juice
- 1/3 cup hoisin sauce
- 1/4 cup garlic powder or 6 cloves of garlic
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1/2-1 cups BBQ sauce (pick your favorite brand)
- Ribs:rnCut ribs into 2 bones/section and trim off some of the excess fat.
- Bring 2 1/2 qts. of water in a large pot to a rolling boil. Add ribs into boiling water and bring to a rolling boil again. Turn flame down to low. Cover pot and continue to cook ribs for 45 minutes.
- Take ribs out and coat with Homemade BBQ Sauce. Marinate for at least 20 minutes or even overnight.
- Preheat grill to medium heat. Place ribs on the grill and cover. Flip ribs over to cook evenly. Grill until meat is tender and the BBQ sauce has caramelized.
- Homemade BBQ Sauce: Mix all ingredients together.
