Steamed Vegetable Platter(Serves 4)

  1. In a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil and stir in the curry powder until blended.
  2. Add the onions; when it's sizzling, add the broth and cabbage.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring, until slightly wilted, about 2 minutes.
  4. Add more liquid if needed. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, an additional 6 minutes, until tender-crisp.
  5. Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
