Marinated Sliced Lamb With Sauce

  1. in a large bowl mix all ingredients expect watr and flour.
  2. mix well and set them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  3. heat your pan well the place the slices . let them for 4-5 minutes for each side.
  4. add minced onion and garlic and keep stirring .
  5. now add water and cover for 35-40 minutes.
  6. dissolve the flour well in 2 tablespoons of water then add to lamb.
  7. add one more sweet soy sauce and stir well.
  8. serve with mash potatoes .
