No Cook Lasagne
- 1 lb. ground beef or turkey
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 (15 oz.) carton Ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1 egg
- 8 oz. uncooked lasagna noodles
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. sliced Mozzarella cheese
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- Brown meat and drain fat.
- Add sauce and water.
- Blend well and simmer 5 minutes.
- In a bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, chives, oregano and egg; mix well.
- In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put 1 1/2 cup meat sauce.
- Add 1/2 of the noodles, 1/2 of the cheese mixture and 1/2 of the Mozzarella.
- Repeat.
- On top put remaining meat sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake uncovered at 350u0b0 for 50 to 60 minutes until bubbly.
- Let stand 15 minutes.
- Serves 12.
