No-Bake Fruitcake

  1. Stir evaporated milk, marshmallows, and orange juice concentrate in 3-quart saucepan over medium heat until marshmallows melt.
  2. Take off heat and stir in remaining ingredients; mix well.
  3. Press firmly into 5- or 6-cup ring mold or loaf pan lined with waxed paper.
  4. Cover tightly.
  5. Chill 2 days. Makes 3 pounds.
