Golden Granola

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the maple syrup, avocado oil, spices and salt until combined.
  3. Add the chia seeds and then the oats and nuts.
  4. Place on lined baking tray ( I like to use a Silpat to make sure the cooking is as even as possible and the cleanup is quicker).rnBake until fragrant and golden brown on the edges, approximately 20-30 min or 10-15min with a convection oven.
  5. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container to keep it nice and crunchy!
