Lasagna

  1. Take sausage out of casing and leave in chunks.
  2. Mix Ricotta cheese, egg and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  3. Assemble:
  4. Put sauce on bottom of 9 x 12-inch pan.
  5. Layer noodles, Mozzarella cheese, sauce and Ricotta cheese 2 times.
  6. Top noodles with Mozzarella; sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350u0b0.
