Triple Chocolate Cake
- cocoa
- 1 box instant devil's food cake mix
- 1 (4 oz.) box instant chocolate pudding
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. toasted almonds (optional)
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. almond liqueur
- 1 tsp. almond extract
- 1 c. chocolate chips (optional)
- Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
- Grease and dust Bundt pan with cocoa. Mix all ingredients (except almonds and chocolate chips) for two minutes at medium speed.
- Stir in almonds and chocolate chips. Pour into Bundt pan.
- Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
- Cool for 10 minutes. Remove from pan.
- Cool an additional 10 minutes.
- Pour glaze over warm cake.
- (It melts as it pours.)
