Gon Lo Mein

  1. Place noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
  2. Sprinkle noodles with 1/4 cup oyster sauce and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Heat oven at 350u0b0.
  3. Place in oven for 6 to 10 minutes.
  4. Slice mushrooms and other vegetables; stir-fry for 2 minutes in 1 tablespoon oil.
  5. Season with salt, vetsin and the remaining 1/2 cup oyster sauce.
  6. Mix the charsiu with vegetables.
  7. Stir in noodles and toss gently.
