Tangy Fish Curry

  1. marinate fish with salt, chilli powder and lemon juice for 20 min
  2. deep fry in oil, remove keep aside
  3. for curry heat oil in deep pan add onion saute till golden brown
  4. add tomato, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder and salt saute for few min
  5. remove from heat grind to smooth paste
  6. add to same pan add tamarind paste and 2 cup water cook till boil
  7. add garam masala mix
  8. add fried fish pieces in gravy
  9. add chopped coriander and mint leaves
  10. garnish with coriander leaves and dry red chili
  11. serve hot with coconut rice
