Good Luck Black-Eyed Pea Soup(Men Love It!)

  1. Rinse peas.
  2. Place in large soup kettle and cover with water. Place lid on kettle and bring to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat to medium and simmer 2 minutes.
  4. Set aside, tightly covered, for a minimum of 1 hour.
  5. Can leave for 3 to 4 hours.
