Taco Soup
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 envelopes taco seasoning
- 2 envelopes ranch salad dressing mix
- 2 cans whole kernel corn
- 1 can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 (16 oz.) can black beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
- 2 c. water
- shredded cheese, optional
- sour cream, optional
- Brown the ground chuck with the onion, stirring until ground chuck is crumbly; drain well. In a large pot combine the ground chuck and onion with the salad dressing and taco seasoning mix. Add remaining ingredients (except cheese and sour cream) and mix well. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours. Serve with cheese and sour cream.
