Oriental Stir-Fry
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken, beef or pork chops, cut in strips
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1 red pepper, cut in strips
- 1 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 bunch green onions, cut in 1/2-inch sections
- 1/2 lb. fresh broccoli, washed and drained
- 1/2 lb. fresh cauliflower, washed, drained sectioned
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. snow peas (fresh or thawed)
- 1 large yellow onion, cut in strips
- 1 3/4 oz. pkg. stir-fry seasoning mix
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 c. water
- Stir-fry meat in oil.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry (until about 1/2 to 3/4 done).
- Combine seasoning mix, soy sauce, sugar and water.
- Add seasoning mixture.
- Stir-fry for 1 minute.
- Serve over rice. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
