Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Toffee Cookies (Aka Needless Markup Jumpers)

  1. Cream the butter and the sugars together. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Combine all the dry ingredients and gradually add to the butter mixture. Add the grated chocolate. Stir in the chocolate chips, nuts and toffee bits.
  2. Drop by rounded spoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake at 375 F. For about 10 minutes or until pale golden colored. Remove from cookie sheet and let cool.
