Poached Lobster Delights And Garden Vegetables(Fish - Low Calorie)
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried basil
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. quartered fresh mushrooms
- 1 pkg. lobster chunks
- 3 c. fresh vegetables (broccoli, carrots and zucchini) or 1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen vegetable blend, thawed
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 tsp. margarine
- Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
- Cook and stir on medium heat, until mixture thickens and boils.
- Add mushrooms, lobster and vegetables.
- Cover; reduce heat.
- Simmer about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once.
- Stir in lime juice and margarine.
- Makes 4 servings, 111 calories per serving.
