Poached Lobster Delights And Garden Vegetables(Fish - Low Calorie)

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan.
  2. Cook and stir on medium heat, until mixture thickens and boils.
  3. Add mushrooms, lobster and vegetables.
  4. Cover; reduce heat.
  5. Simmer about 10 minutes or until tender-crisp, stirring once.
  6. Stir in lime juice and margarine.
  7. Makes 4 servings, 111 calories per serving.
